The Valley School Approaches to teaching and learning are inspired by and build on Montessori principles of education. Students engage in experiential, hands-on projects and activities that are practical, relevant and connected in the community and to the natural world.

As a public charter school sponsored by the Medford School District, enrollment is open to all 6th through 8th grade students in the Rogue Valley. Enrollment is through an annual lottery process.
